Manny grew up in broken homes and kidnapped at the age of five years old during a family tragedy. While kidnapped, Manny experienced massive verbal, mental, and physical abuse, leading him towards suicidal tendencies. Manny was later reunited with his mother after his kidnapper died in a motorcycle accident. Going back home created a new set of challenges due to poverty and exposure to toxic living conditions. Manny was destined for failure but refused to become a statistic. Today Manny has created a legacy of developing people and building high-performance teams for Fortune 200 Companies, which have sold over 1 billion in sales.
